Greetings! I started with Serra Traverse City as a Business Development Representative, recently transferring to the Service Advisor team. I am thrilled to begin my professional journey with Serra Traverse City. Originally, I came from Manton, but I relocated to Traverse City in the summer of 2024, and it has been a rewarding experience thus far. I am dedicated to delivering exceptional service by striving to meet the needs of every customer. Building meaningful connections and ensuring every experience at Serra Traverse City is outstanding are my top priorities. Beyond the office, I enjoy playing musical instruments, spending quality time with my 16-year-old cat Mushu, cooking yummy food, and working on Mini Coopers!

I was amazed that she was able to get service technicians to immediately start repairs!! Her team had the problem diagnosed and repairs done in just a few minutes!!! VERY SATISFIED!!!!

It was great! Alivia literally met me at the door as I pulled up and welcomed me with a smile! She kept me informed the whole time I was there. And she helped answer questions I had about my car as if she was the car salesman! She was very helpful!
