As a Service Advisor, I take great pride in fostering lasting relationships with my clients and fellow colleagues. Growing up in Kalkaska, Michigan, I have a strong connection to this region. My passion for helping others extends beyond my professional life, and I actively seek opportunities to make a positive impact in our community. I am a highly adaptable and approachable individual who enjoys working with diverse personalities. My genuine enthusiasm for assisting customers shines through in my interactions. Positive feedback from both clients and coworkers has consistently reinforced my commitment to providing exceptional service. In addition to my professional accomplishments, I am proud of the personal connections I have forged over the years. My clients trust me with their vehicles and rely on my expertise, which brings me immense satisfaction. Outside of work, I enjoy a variety of activities including golf, disc golf, and dancing. I am also a big fan of discussing current events, sharing stories about our children, and connecting with people from all walks of life.

Ashley and the whole team in Service went above and beyond when my car developed problems while I was on my way to the airport for a two and a half week trip. Not only did they let me leave my car with them, but they gave me a ride to the airport so I wouldn’t miss my flight. Ashley kept me up to date on repairs and the car was ready for me on my return. Top notch service!
