About Chad
Born and raised in beautiful Charlevoix, I've spent the last nine years in the auto industry, and currently with Serra Traverse City. I'm a proud Spartan and a North Central Michigan College alum. Having lived in Texas for four years, I've got a little bit of the Lone Star State in me. When I'm not helping customers, you might find me at the billiards table, hitting the disc golf course, hiking the trails, or lost in a good book. I also enjoy strumming the guitar, and am always eager to dive into the latest science concepts. I pride myself on being personable, easy to communicate with, and I really enjoy the challenge of abstract thinking.

Polite, informative, helpful. Stepped up when my dedicated service advisor was busy with another customer. Instead of making me stand and wait until my dedicated advisor was available he got my car “in the service loop” and the work started.
