Chaz was great. There was no high-pressure sales tactics whatsoever. He answered my questions and was very knowledgeable. I have purchased many used cars in my lifetime (i'm in my 50s), and I can honestly say Chaz is the best sales person I've ever dealt with. Usually there's some condescension because I'm female, or some high-pressure sales tactics. Absolutely zero with Chaz. If you want to buy a Subaru in Traverse City, go meet Chaz.
