Hi! Doug Osborne here, a sales consultant for Serra Traverse City. I started selling vehicles in 2007 because I love car shopping. My friends would ask me to go with them to find a car, even before I worked for a dealership, and it had a positive effect on me. Now, 15 years later, I still love it! I promise to care for you as if you're my own family! You can count on me to listen to your needs, understand your unique situation and do everything possible to find the perfect vehicle based on your needs, preferences, and budget. My colleagues and friends know me for my love of solving puzzles, especially things like Rubik's Cubes, which is generally within arm's reach of me at all times. However, spending time with my four adult children and 15 grandbabies is always the highlight of my days – they're all still around the TC area!

Doug is GREAT! We enjoy working with him, enough so we just completed our third purchase from him! He is a no BS kind of guy, straight forward and no pressure- and that is what we love that about him. The last car we bought was for our daughter after looking for months and it was a surprise because we told her the deal fell through. When we took her to the dealership to “test drive” another car he had her new Jeep parked out front with a GIANT red bow on it! He surprised me and her! He just goes out of his way to make the whole process less stressful. Seek him out you will NOT be disappointed!
