Hi, I'm a new Price Point Sales Consultant at Serra Traverse City. My wife and I have been married for five years, and we have two boys. I'm originally from Johannesburg, and I have a cybersecurity degree (with my Sec+ certification). My past experiences buying cars here is what drew me to work for this dealership. I'm passionate about customer service – I want everyone to leave happy, regardless of the outcome. I pride myself on being down-to-earth, a good listener, and a problem-solver. I love helping people get what they want. My energy is pretty infectious. And hey, I'm also a pretty good cook! Outside of work, I’m a Detroit Red Wings fan, enjoy trips to Las Vegas, bow fishing, hunting, and I’m a cigar aficionado (Drew Estate is my go-to). I had been shopping for cars for months. Worked with a few sales people who were just sooo pushing about what I drove. Dustin did the exact opposite and it was like a breathe of fresh air. So much so I drove multiple vehicles, instead of one. I was at other dealerships for hours on end for just one, while he listened when I told him the car wasn’t right and we tried others and got the Goldilocks of a car. No trying to talk me into something that wasn’t a good fit. Very friendly and had a good response time through the few day process. If you want a salesman who will treat you like an actual person, go see Dustin.

Very good! I liked that Dustin was not a pushy salesman and that he was very courteous to me and answered my questions. I would have liked if he had time when I picked up my vehicle to spend time showing me some new features on it.

Well, first we were dealing with TONY then TONY transferred us the very next day to Dustin. I told them that I would wanted the windows Chips fixed. They did not fix the window Chips instead when we arrived, they said oh we took $200 off come to find out because the chips in the window are at high-level where you drive they have to replace the whole window which the deductible is $1000
