Eric was a great salesman. He kept us up to date with the Rav4 we had ordered and helped with all the new technology associated with the redesigned 2026 Rav. Eric was fine and the score does not reflect Eric personally. Tonneau cover purchased with the truck and installed by Serra not so much. The truck was delivered with a broken latch on the Tonneau cover. First time in my life I had to return to service the same day that I purchased the truck. I've been back to report more issues with the cover and some with the truck. A month later I'm still waiting. The cover was delivered with a broken latch, rails that are very loose at the back, a bent rail, and installed such that the rear seal does not even touch the tailgate and the front seal has 1" by 1/4" gaps that leak rain while driving. In addition , when folded the tonneau cover completely blocks the camera. One reason I got the Toyota version of the tonneau cover was I was suppose to be able to use the camera rear view mirror option when the cover is folded and blocks the rear window. This safety issue is very concerning. Given my experience with the tonneau cover that was installed by Serra Service and delivered with the $56k truck I can't recommend it. The follow through to fix it adds to the issue and does not give me high confidence in having the truck serviced at Serra. Continuous improvement for any business is important. Please, use this to improve the experience of future customers.
