I'm a Service Advisor at Serra Traverse City, though I'm still learning. Originally from Hatteras, North Carolina, I've been in the industry for about three years now. I'm always upbeat, ready to listen to customer concerns, and I try to treat everyone with empathy and respect. My goal is to make sure every customer leaves with a smile and feels like a VIP. If you're not having fun at work, then it's just work, and that gets old. Outside of work, I love being outdoors. I'm a big fan of woodworking, fishing, hunting, and pretty much anything else that lets me enjoy nature. I also love to talk about guns, hunting, fishing, traveling, camping, and home improvement projects. I went to Anchor Bay High School and I enjoy exploring nature all over the USA. I have two kids and four grandkids.

My appointment for a 30,000 mile check-up was scheduled for Monday, June 8 at 10:00 A.M. I had made the appointment in late April. At 11:30 A.M. on the 8th, I went to your service desk and inquired as to progress on my car. I was told they had not even started to work on it and would not until about 1:30 P.M.! We all know that probably means around 2:00 P.M. I had my car brought to me and Ieft having no more time.
