I'm a Service Advisor with over a decade of experience, originally from Detroit, MI, I've been enjoying the beautiful scenery of Traverse City for over 10 years now. I’ve built a career on being honest and reliable. My customers know they can trust me, whether it’s a simple service or a complex repair. I focus on being transparent, which helps build trust. I'm proud of the relationships I've built with my clients; I want to be an advocate for them, not just their car. I'm someone who listens and works to find the best solutions. Outside of work, I love spending time with my 7 nephews and 5 nieces. I also enjoy fishing, exploring new restaurants, and live music. I’m a big sports fan, especially college and pro football, and I am always up for a good conversation about the game.

Wonderful! He made me feel like a valued customer. He explained everything and answered all my questions. He also gave me valuable information to clean off some marks on my car! And called ahead to let them know I was coming to the body and paint facility.
