I'm a Service Advisor with over a decade of experience, originally from Detroit, MI, I've been enjoying the beautiful scenery of Traverse City for over 10 years now. I’ve built a career on being honest and reliable. My customers know they can trust me, whether it’s a simple service or a complex repair. I focus on being transparent, which helps build trust. I'm proud of the relationships I've built with my clients; I want to be an advocate for them, not just their car. I'm someone who listens and works to find the best solutions. Outside of work, I love spending time with my 7 nephews and 5 nieces. I also enjoy fishing, exploring new restaurants, and live music. I’m a big sports fan, especially college and pro football, and I am always up for a good conversation about the game.
