Ian was great! He was able to explain all the current model year specs and changes from last year as well as the differences in every trim level available. He knew all the current financing offers and seemed familiar with every vehicle in the new and used lots. I really felt like he listened to my priorities and didn't try to steer me towards a specific model or trim. I really like my Outback!
