Hi! I’m Joey Graves and I’m all about customer service! I spent 30+ years in the auto industry working in NC, until I joined Serra Traverse City. I am proud of the CSI scores I have maintained with Toyota and Nissan. When it pertains to my customers, my goal is to make them feel comfortable and welcomed the moment they step onto our lot. Some of the activities that I enjoy during my free time include playing various sports, traveling, and riding my dirt bike; I’m an avid Motorcross racer. I’m the proud father of two adult children, Chad and Lindsey. Love to spend time with my family and friends whenever I can!
