Hi, I'm a Sales Consultant here at Serra Traverse City! For the past ten years, I honed my customer service skills in the high-end private golf industry, learning to anticipate and exceed expectations. That experience, along with my internships in Denver, Nantucket, and Houston, taught me the value of building strong relationships by truly understanding my clients' needs. I'm originally from Kalamazoo, Michigan, a Ferris State University graduate, and a huge golf fan (currently working on maintaining a +1 handicap!). I'm excited to bring that focus on personalized service to the auto industry. I'm outgoing and enjoy connecting with people – talking about everything from local news and sports to our shared passions. Outside of work, I play guitar and sing country music on weekends. I'm thrilled to be part of the Serra team and look forward to helping you find the perfect vehicle!
