Kayla kept us informed throughout the process, as this took several days the updates where very much appreciated. She also took the initiative to have a loaner car ready for my wife upon her arrival back in town if needed. the loaner wasn't needed but Kayla's readiness was a 10. Our experience with Serra and Kayla in particular was great and we will be back.

She was very helpful. I was not aware of the changes that were made since bill marsh became serra. I drove from an hour away to get an oil change at que like normal only to find that was no longer in service and an appointment was required currently which I did not have. She made it possible for me to get an oil change so I didn't have to drive back home and come back another day.
