Kevin was fine but I would have liked knowing that recall work had been added to the normal maintenance appointment before arriving. Perhaps fix the automated appt reminders to have this information.

For going on 3 hours I waited for a simple oil change. Service was terrible to the point that my Dad is changing in our driveway. Bought parts off of Amazon. Your service department is terrible. The one time you actually changed my oil, you said the rear differential was fine. It wasn’t. Had to get fixed elsewhere. Used regular oil instead of synthetic like I always get. Sat next to an 80 year old man who kept being told another hour like I was 3 times. He could barely walk and left like I did. Literally 0 out of 5 stars. Done using your service department. Our family had bought at least 3 new cars from you. Just completely the worst. Done with Serra!
