Hello! My name is Kevin Clous, and I am a service advisor here at Serra Traverse City. I joined the auto industry in 2010, and look forward to many more years in this business. I believe in treating everyone the way I would like to be treated, which is why my guests can rely on me for exceptional customer service. I grew up in MI and graduated from Cadillac High School and Baker College of Cadillac. When it comes to my free time, I love watching University of Michigan sports, playing golf and hockey.

Maybe it was just a super busy day but I shouldn't have to ask about how my concern was taken care of when I left. He should have addressed it instead of saying oh yeah after I brought it up. I still had to put air in my tire but it's been fine now.
