⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A First-Class Dealership Experience from Start to Finish! I couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received when our Cadillac XT5 needed a thermostat replacement. From start to finish, the entire experience was absolutely first-class! The repair took approximately two hours, and they provided me with a loaner car for my convenience. I was kept informed with text messages throughout the repair and notified when the work was completed. To top it all off, when finalizing everything, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the entire repair was covered under our GM extended warranty! A special thanks to Koren, who was a true professional and genuinely nice guy. He answered all my questions, provided the information I needed, and made the entire process smooth, easy, and stress-free. This is exactly how a dealership service department should operate: professional, courteous, communicative, and customer-focused. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended! They’ve certainly earned our trust and future business. Thank you, Koren, and the entire service team for an outstanding job!

Koren was very professional both when I dropped my vehcle off and upon pickup. He explained in detail the analysis of upcoming items and what was done for the service. This was the very best I have ever had when getting my vehicle serviced.
