About Laura
I've been a Service Advisor for many years, most of them spent right here in Ludington and Manistee. I'm known for being friendly and helpful – I try to treat everyone like family. I'm a good listener, detail-oriented, and always strive to make things as easy as possible for my customers. I'm currently engaged to Matt Novogradac. We met in Manistee a few years back. Outside of work, family is everything. I have three kids, two grandsons, and two Great Danes that I love hiking and rock hunting with. Of course, I'm a die-hard Detroit Lions fan. I moved to Benzonia over a year ago and now currently work at Serra.

Laura was an excellent service advisor. My Outback is eight years old and needed extra work, which Laura helped me to schedule. She was kind and considerate, and she helped me to save money by clearly explaining which services were still covered by an extended warranty from Subaru that I had purchased when the car was new. My family has always received excellent service from Serra Subaru of Traverse City!
