About Laura
I've been a Service Advisor for many years, most of them spent right here in Ludington and Manistee. I'm known for being friendly and helpful – I try to treat everyone like family. I'm a good listener, detail-oriented, and always strive to make things as easy as possible for my customers. I'm currently engaged to Matt Novogradac. We met in Manistee a few years back. Outside of work, family is everything. I have three kids, two grandsons, and two Great Danes that I love hiking and rock hunting with. Of course, I'm a die-hard Detroit Lions fan. I moved to Benzonia over a year ago and now currently work at Serra.

Laura is one of the most positive people I’ve met in the service industry. She’s very committed to customer satisfaction. She even had my car run through the car wash a 2nd time as we noticed it wasn’t as clean as we thought it should have been after the first wash. I highly recommend Laura!
