In my free time, I enjoy reading, spending time with my family (which includes my long-term partner, my 17-year-old stepson, and our beloved pets), and exploring all that our beautiful region has to offer. Wonderful!! Lindsay really listened to what we were looking for. She worked with us to make sure we got a vehicle with all the features that we wanted, from selection to delivery, she was in constant contact with us. Lindsay is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She is a good communicator and got back with me in a timely fashion. She is honest if she cannot answer a question and is quick to obtain the answer and share it with me. She is diligent and worked hard to get us the vehicle we wanted. Dealerships have a long standing reputation of being terrible. I myself certainly have had a number of bad experiences with sales people being so pushy and sleazy. Lindsey was not one of those people. She was patient with me as I shopped around, understand that I needed to find a deal that was best for me and my family. She related with me on a more personal level that most sales people at dealerships just don’t do. Even after I made I purchase she helped me resolve a handful of issues with my car. It’s a used car, purchased as is, ultimately my responsibility. She wasn’t required to do this but she did anyway and I felt very taken care of. If I have any friends or people looking for cars I will definitely recommend her. She showed how dealerships should treat people by genuinely putting them first, not just get them to buy something by and take their money.
