My journey into this business didn’t begin in a showroom. It began as a cashier at Northland Plaza in Kalkaska. Every morning a gentleman would come in for coffee, and one day he told me he appreciated my attitude and the way I treated every customer with a smile. He happened to be a finance manager at Voice Motors, and he invited me to come interview after my shift. I walked over that afternoon in a worn shirt and dusty dress pants, unsure of what to expect but willing to take a chance. That day changed my life. I made my first sale not long after, and the feeling was so uplifting. Since then, I’ve faced the long hours, the challenges, and the lessons that come with this business, but each one has only strengthened my passion for it. Every customer has a story, a livelihood, and a reason for being here, and I see it as my responsibility to stand beside them and fight for the vehicle they want. This journey continues every day, and I’m grateful that your story and mine crossed paths today.
