Hello Traverse City!!! As a seasoned Sales Consultant with 15 years of experience, I'm honored to work at Serra Traverse City, formally Bill Marsh Automotive. I'm passionate about helping customers find their dream cars. From the initial search to that unforgettable moment when they sit down in their new ride, I strive to make every experience exceptional. Married to my beloved Jessica for 21 years, I'm a proud father of two hockey- and soccer-playing boys, ages 11 and 14. A Michigan State University alum, I'm an avid hockey fan (Go Red Wings!). Beyond the showroom, I enjoy staying active with hockey (playing and coaching), golf, tennis, and pickleball. But my true passion lies in connecting with people, taking care of my customers, and building lasting relationships with them and their loved ones. I believe that each interaction is an opportunity to make a difference, and I'm committed to going the extra mile for every client.

Our experience with Mark was amazing! We have now bought 2 vehicles from him because we love him so much. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and fun to joke around with. He's not your "typical" sales guy sitting around waiting to stalk his prey and make as much money off you as possible. Mark actually looked at what’s the lowest price and how many rebates/discounts do we qualify for. He's not in this job for his pocket, he actually loves to help people! He was able to convert me from being a subaru lover to being a GMC lover and I couldn't be happier with my decision! Thank you, Mark! You literally are the best!
