I’m Mark, a Cadillac Service Advisor here at Serra. I grew up in Michigan, and attended Traverse City Central High and Central Michigan College. While in high school, I was the state champ for pole vaulting. My other interests include fishing and hunting. I joined the Serra family in 2012, but my career in the auto industry started 30 years ago. Helping others, and providing honest and upfront service is what I’m all about. Mark was amazing. I was in town for a business conference and had an issue with my Cadillac. I was thinking I would need to leave my car for several days and figure out transportation home however Mark was able to get my car fixed and back to me the same day. Great communication and service.
