Pat is an exception asset to our family when looking for a vehicle. It's a pleasure to buy or lease a car from Pat. He is efficient and handles all the details in a very professional manner, all the while cracking a few jokes and sharing some stories. I literally limped into the dealership and decided to replace my old Pacifica with a new one on the spot and Pat made it all happen in a couple of hours.
