When I took my car in for new brakes, I opted to sit and wait in your comfortable waiting area. I arrived at 8:30 and I was checked in right away. I was most impressed with the way that Sanjay interacted with the young man at the front service team. It was like clockwork and they worked together so well. You need to keep those two as a team! My car was done in a timely manner and I was off and running by 11am. A job well done!

Good desk experience, very friendly. My lower rating is for the extra trip to TC so they could put the oil cap on right (which leaked a big stain spot on our garage floor). Not his fault but hope he passes this on.
