Hi! I’m Sanjay Woolcott, a Business Development Representative (BDC) here to provide an exceptional customer experience from start to finish! Guests enjoy my genuine personality, easy-going approach, and commitment to high-quality customer service and sales. In addition to ensuring you have the automotive information and assistance you need, I love taking up conversations on various topics like history, movies, politics, religion, and books. Outside of work, my interests include playing the piano and guitar and trying to record music. Watching sports is also on my hobby list, especially Detroit Lions games – yep, I’m one of those crazies! Lol! My wife and I love to travel. I’ve been to Mexico and Canada and would love to visit Europe, Japan, and the Middle East. I like to volunteer my time at Bay Ridge Independent Living here in Traverse City, and every Thursday, I lead worship service. Overall, I love assisting others and doing all I can to ensure they leave the dealership completely satisfied with their service and decisions!

We started having problems with our car and needed it looked at right away. Sanjay was very helpful in getting our car in quickly and assessing the problem. He was very responsive as well. We are pleased with the service as the problem was fixed and the car is driving very well. We were also pleased with the customer service experience. The only complaint I have is when calling the facility, it’s very difficult to reach a live person.
