Welcome to Serra TC! I am Sarah Conway, ready to solve your automotive needs. I am a native of the Grand Traverse area and was raised around auto body shops from a young age. I hold a Bachelor's Degree from Grand Valley State University in Aquatic Ecology and Plants Biology, which has become more of a hobby of mine these days. When not at work, you might find me working in my flower beds, biking the Boardman Loop Trail, or thrifting for vintage treasures. Our local Cherryland Humane Society also holds a special place in my heart; I often volunteer there on weekends. When working with me, you can expect compassion, attentiveness to you and your vehicle's needs, timely communication, and always being treated as a friend. Great. A newly repaired seal, vehicle under warranty, failed on my way home. It was unknown how much transmission fluid I lost, but I explained to Sarah I didn't think it was safe to drive all the way back to Traverse City for another repair. She worked on getting me a loaner car, but the dealer didn't have any available till the following week. Unfortunately for me, the next 6 days had me moving items for a non-profit that I volunteer at and an appointment for my four-wheeler, hence the reason I have a truck. Sarah worked hard to find me the only available pickup, Gaylord Mi. I live in Alpena and she asked if I could get the truck to Gaylord. I nursed it to Gaylord to pick up my loaner vehicle. I then had to use Nissan Roadside Service to get a Tow for my under-warranty Nissan Titan as I had lost too much trans fluid in the transfer case to make it back to TC. Sarah worked hard to get a truck, and I appreciate it very much. I couldn't complete all my obligations without a truck. She made a bad situation pretty darn good. She can't control bad parts or inadequate work, but she worked hard to help me keep my commitments. Few service advisors have that type of compassion to assist customers. She realizes that customers of the dealership spend their hard-earned money on vehicles. She also realizes it stinks when your car goes down. If every dealership had a service advisor like Sarah, more folks would be happier.

My wife brought her vehicle in to have the AC repaired on a vehicle she bought approximately a year ago from Serra. She sat there all day and left without having the repair completed due to reported issues obtaining the part. Serra did comp her an oil change for her troubles.
