I'm a Service Advisor with a passion for cars and helping people, working at Serra Traverse City. Originally from South Boardman, I've been in the automotive industry for a while. My wife, Tayler, and my three-year-old daughter, Ember, are my world. I’m proud of my technical knowledge and my ability to connect with customers. I'm ASE Master Certified, with additional certifications including the BMW STEP program, EPA 609, DOT inspector, and State certified auto body technician, along with my Stellantis Expert in all categories and GM Mark of Excellence awards. My education includes Forest Area High School and Universal Technical Institute. I also served as National Technical Honor Society president and have received multiple student of the course awards. I've lived in Phoenix, Arizona, and Chicago, Illinois for a few years, and I’ve even visited Costa Rica. When I'm not at work, I enjoy professional disc golf, engine building, cards, and video games. I find satisfaction in lending a helping hand, greeting customers, and providing excellent customer service.
