About Steven
Hi there, my name is Steve Fairbanks and I am a sales associate here at Serra Motors. The best thing about being in automotive sales is sharing the excitement with my customers as they buy a new car. I am relatively new to this job. I've worked in the service industry for most of my adult life and have had many unique experiences with waiting tables, bartending, and managing exciting bars and restaurants nationwide. Ultimately, the time was right to change gears! I feel incredibly fortunate to now be a part of the Subaru sales team at Serra motors. I am a service-oriented professional who values loyalty and trustworthiness. I owe each of my successes to my ability to listen, recognize my customers' needs and wants, and guide them through the purchase process with respect and kindness. I have had a few ironies, like joining the Marine Corps shortly after art school. Let's just say that I am not afraid to laugh at myself. I've also reconnected with my high school sweetheart; we've been married for over eight years. We love the home we've made for ourselves in the heart of Traverse City, and we love our three hilarious dogs: Ace, Charlie, and Pearl. I hope to meet you here in the dealership someday.
