I walked in with a screw in my tire on Tuesday. I had an appt on Thursday for an oil change and Tim got me in for the patch of my tire and offered to do my oil change while I was at the dealership so I didn’t have to come back again. Very efficient team and Tim was great help!! Thank you so much!

Tim greeted me immediately upon my arrival, clarified the work that was to be done and offered me a seat in the waiting room. He kept me advised to the progress and the project was completed in a timely fashion.

Absolutely horrible. I asked him to only do an oil change. They came up and told me I needed a new air filter. I told them I would take care of it myself. They then brought my air filter to me and forced me to buy one and then left my cart disassembled when I was returned my vehicle an hour and a half after my appointment time. I called and scheduled the appointment a month in advance

Here is my feedback: - when I arrived I was not greeted with a hello or good morning or anything. It was like ‘what are you doing here’. I had to initiate the conversation and say I have an appointment. - I told explained about a couple other problems with the vehicle that I encountered the past few days but didn’t bother to add them to the work order. Just said the recall work would ‘probably’ take care of it (which it didn’t but it’s a minor issue with CarPlay). - Serra had my wife’s phone number in the system and even though mine was entered in the system, and I asked to contact me, my wife’s number continued to get contacted. She is in rural UP with no signal so couldn’t get texts. -Serra’s system had the vehicle registered under the wrong name. Not sure how this happens? - it took two days to do a software update. - shuttle service would have been a long wait so I spent $40 in Uber transport (granted when I made the appointment I didn’t think I’d need a shuttle, but that changed) - I arrived today to pick up the vehicle and no receptionist and no paperwork had been printed and couldn’t find my name in the system. Finally found it with the work order number on the key fob I spotted in the box. Took about 10 minutes to get my keys and truck. - the software updates were completed and the truck works better. Rating: 3 out of 10
