I'm a Service Advisor with over a decade in the automotive industry, proudly working here at Serra Traverse City. Traverse City is home, but I've explored a bit, from studying at Northwestern Michigan College to adventures in Costa Rica, British Columbia, the Bahamas, and the Virgin Islands. I approach each day focusing on building healthy relationships with customers, one interaction at a time. I'm generally pretty easy going, and I enjoy connecting with people. Outside of work, I love the outdoors, whether it's snowboarding, fishing, boating, or trying out different water and power sports. I also enjoy more creative pursuits, like drawing, sculpture, and I'm a big fan of motorcycles and golf. I’m passionate about customer service and keeping up with the latest automotive innovations. I enjoy talking about art and literature, current events, new technologies, and a good dose of discovery and science.
